Krav Maga is Self-Defense
Krav Maga is neither a martial art nor a combat sport. It is a functional and uncompromising self-defense system.
Krav Maga does not follow fixed rules. Real attackers do not follow fair conditions or sporting conventions. That is why we focus on functional and simple solutions for real emergencies.
No previous experience is required to participate in the training. Krav Maga uses natural human protective and stress reactions. Through regular training, these reactions are specifically developed so that learned skills remain accessible even under high stress.
Getting Started
The recommended way to begin training is through a trial class. It gives you a realistic impression of the training structure, methodology and overall requirements, while allowing you to decide whether the training is the right fit for you.
