Training
The training is focused on functional self-defense for real emergencies. No competition, no show, but clear principles, realistic scenarios and training under stress.
Important
The recommended entry point is a trial class. There, you will get a realistic impression of the methodology, training structure and overall requirements.
How the Training is Structured
- Warm-up & mobility: preparation for physical load and stress.
- Technique & principles: simple, direct solutions instead of “tricks”.
- Drills: repetition under increasing pressure, partner work.
- Scenarios: realistic sequences, distance, timing and decision-making.
- Stress training: pulse, pressure, clear tasks, to stay functional under stress.
- Sparring: pressure resistance and fighting practice.
What It Is About
- Ability to act: do not freeze, decide and act.
- Robust basics: what still works when things get messy.
- Consequences: clear boundaries, clear reactions.
- Consistency: self-defense is training, not theory.
Who the Training is For
For adults and teenagers from the age of 16, with or without previous experience. The decisive factor is the willingness to train regularly and to keep developing.
