Goal of the Training

The goal of self-defense training is to train both body and mind in a way that allows you to react without hesitation in dangerous situations. Existing threats should be stopped as quickly and decisively as possible.

Physical Load & Requirements

Krav Maga training is physically demanding and includes pressure and stress elements. Anyone who wants to train regularly should therefore generally be in good physical condition.
